Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising & Business Expansion Assistant to support our fundraising initiatives and contribute to expanding our business within the nonprofit sector. In this entry-level position, you will gain hands-on experience in fundraising strategies, business development, and campaign execution. You will work closely with senior team members to assist with growing revenue streams, developing donor relationships, and expanding the reach of nonprofit clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of nonprofit clients.
- Help identify and target new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand client partnerships.
- Assist with donor outreach and engagement, including managing relationships, sending communications, and following up with potential and existing donors.
- Support the organization and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring all details are managed and executed seamlessly.
- Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities, donor trends, and key areas for nonprofit growth.
- Assist in preparing fundraising materials, proposals, and presentations for clients, donors, and stakeholders.
- Support client communication efforts, ensuring that nonprofit clients are informed about progress, upcoming events, and new opportunities.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior team members on progress toward goals.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans for growing nonprofit brands and increasing fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
