Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and engagement
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Help with efforts to acquire new consumers and retain existing customers
• Client Engagement: Provide outstanding customer care and engage with clients directly to build strong relationships
• Leadership Opportunities: Take on leadership tasks and hone your networking skills
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to plan and manage promotional events and activities
• Brand Awareness: Contribute to the growth of brand awareness through the successful execution of campaigns
• Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve satisfaction
• Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Help generate new leads while nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Support Marketing Projects: Assist marketing associates with various projects and campaigns

• Full-Time Availability: Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for some weekend work
• Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel as needed for campaigns or events
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Fast-Paced Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and stay organized
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Self-Motivated & Problem-Solver: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborative personality
• Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Must be authorized to work in the United States
