We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fundraising Assistants. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in fundraising and the opportunity to support meaningful causes in our community.
About Us: We specialize in on-site promotional marketing and fundraising campaigns for 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Our mission is to raise awareness and generate funds through community-based events. From simple table setups to large festivals and street fairs, our events help increase exposure and revenue for our nonprofit clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist with planning and running fundraising events, from setup to breakdown.
- Donor Engagement: Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and attendees to secure donations.
- Client Representation: Represent our clients at community events, raising awareness for their causes.
- Promote Fundraising Initiatives: Market and promote campaigns to boost participation and donations.
- Track & Report Progress: Monitor fundraising goals and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
- Training & Development: Participate in training to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and event coordination.
