Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Public Engagement Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting nonprofit clients’ public engagement efforts by organizing and executing community-focused outreach activities. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with local communities to promote nonprofit initiatives, build relationships, and create awareness around important causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and executing community outreach events and public engagement activities for nonprofit clients.
- Promote nonprofit campaigns and initiatives to local communities through face-to-face interactions and community events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and local businesses to support nonprofit efforts.
- Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and event signage, to increase awareness and participation in events.
- Collect feedback from event participants and community members to help improve future engagement strategies.
- Assist in tracking and reporting engagement metrics, such as event attendance, volunteer sign-ups, and donations.
- Support event logistics, including setting up, managing, and breaking down event materials.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new strategies and ideas to increase public engagement and event success.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
