In this role, you will focus on the technical details of weapons systems, communication protocols, and advanced technology analysis, requiring expertise in signal processing, space systems, and classified intelligence methodologies. Your extensive knowledge of foreign space systems, communication protocols, and radar technology will enable you to interpret signal characteristics and identify potential threats.
You will apply complex algorithms and techniques to identify, isolate, and extract meaningful information from raw signal data. Additionally, you will determine the origin and purpose of intercepted signals, including identifying specific satellites or spacecraft, and produce detailed reports on your findings.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a related area plus 12 years of experience. You must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of foreign satellite operations, as well as mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies. A current active TS/SCI clearance is also required.
