What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Site Lead position at Invictus International?
Title: Regional Site Lead
Location: Various CONUS/OCONUS locations (VA, MS, CA, NM, CO, Guam, United Kingdom, Australia)
Clearance: TS/SCI with a CI polygraph
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall daily management of the contractor personnel at the assigned regional contractor site
- Ensure the contractor tasks are completed within the deadlines, tasking guidance from the government customer is clear and unambiguous, contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are pre-empted
- Consult and coordinate with the government customer for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification
- Establish and implement streamlined processes and procedures to rapidly respond to surge requirements for increased contract personnel
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Direct daily operations of department by analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation
- Analyze computer and information needs from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in a STEM-related technical field with 8 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 10 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Associate's degree with 14 years of experience, or high school diploma with 16 years of experience
- GSLC, CISM, or CISSP required
- TS/SCI with a CI polygraph
