You’ll engage with customers, address inquiries about our non-profit partners, execute revenue-generating strategies, track results, and assist with various assigned tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in hands-on training to develop the skills needed for overseeing client campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage directly with our clients’ target market to boost brand awareness and foster strong customer relationships.
- Promote brand visibility through pop-up events designed to enhance revenue and elevate our clients’ presence.
- Uphold a positive brand image for both our clients and Invictus.
- Adhere to all company and client standards and expectations to maintain consistent quality service.
- Become well-versed in our clients’ initiatives, success stories, and future goals to communicate effectively.
- Track campaign results, report findings, and offer suggestions for improvement based on performance insights.
