Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager for National Accounts based in Holmdel, NJ.
Operations Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, requiring strong leadership, industry knowledge, and team management skills.
Daily tasks will include:
- Monitor quality service performance.
- Communication between vendors and clients to resolve pest management situations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, such as ticket resolution times, customer satisfaction, and service availability.
- Ensure that the right resources (personnel, tools, and technology) are available to support service delivery and address client needs.
- Address and resolve operational issues, including technical problems, service disruptions, and client escalations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain open communication with clients to address their needs, provide updates on service performance, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist in growing vendor network – Consistent communications with new & existing service vendors and build redundancy in all markets.
- Works closely with Director of Business Development to grow business nationally and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Must have basic pest management knowledge.
- Experience in national or regional operations pest management.
- Experience in national account management, contract negotiations and client retention skills.
- RFP experience in Pest Management/facilities services a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to solve problems in emergency situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to travel nationally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field.
