Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaning Technician to join our Invictus family in the Las Vegas Area .
Responsibilities:
- Regular and initial window washing
- Post-construction window washing
- Window screen cleaning
- Facade cleaning
- Glass restorations/acid washes
- Power washing
- Interior window cleaning
-Power washing
-Ensuring job is being done in a safe and sufficient manner.
-Using ladders or scaffolds to access hard to reach areas.
-Keep all equipment and supplies clean and organized.
-When using equipment ensure they are properly using it to avoid any potential damages
Qualifications:
- Window cleaning and Commercial Cleaning skills
- SPRAT CERTIFICATION: Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians ( Not Required)
- Experience in contract cleaning
-Strong Communication Skills
-Outgoing/Can Do attitude
- Working at heights skill
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
-Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies
-Valid driver's license
-Experience with power washing is a plus
