National Account Manager (Government Services •)

Account Manager Responsibilities

  • 100% Remote
  • Previous experience in managing a significant portfolio of 30M annually, willing to roll up their sleeves when needed, have experience with government or large enterprise technology accounts, working with MSP's, Program Managers, & have a history of growing and developing a book of business
  • Willing to travel as the business dictates (25-30%, up to 50% MAX)
  • Creating and monitoring targets for national sales department.
  • Experience bringing in new accounts & executing MSA's
  • Building a trusting and professional relationship with clients
  • Meeting with clients and account managers
  • Ensuring that all accounts are looked after and maintained
  • Supervising and managing regional salespeople in your department
  • Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
  • Promoting new services and products to clients in your department
  • Develop & mentor entry level recruiters and junior account managers
  • Reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts
  • Taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts
  • Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors, and new sales leads
