Account Manager Responsibilities
100% Remote
Previous experience in managing a significant portfolio of 30M annually, willing to roll up their sleeves when needed, have experience with government or large enterprise technology accounts, working with MSP's, Program Managers, & have a history of growing and developing a book of business
Willing to travel as the business dictates (25-30%, up to 50% MAX)
Creating and monitoring targets for national sales department.
Experience bringing in new accounts & executing MSA's
Building a trusting and professional relationship with clients
Meeting with clients and account managers
Ensuring that all accounts are looked after and maintained
Supervising and managing regional salespeople in your department
Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
Promoting new services and products to clients in your department
Develop & mentor entry level recruiters and junior account managers
Reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts
Taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts
Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors, and new sales leads
