Job Overview : The Selling Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by breaking into new accounts, securing new Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and leading a high-performing sales team. This individual will have a proven track record of developing recruiters into sales professionals, a deep understanding of the statement of work business, and proficiency in CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development :
Identify and target new business opportunities within the Irvine, California region and beyond.
Drive the negotiation and execution of MSAs with key clients.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, guiding them through the transition into sales roles.
Utilize a deep understanding of the statement of work business to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Leverage CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Utilize Salesforce to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
