We are currently looking for a Mailroom Associate to join our team.
Reporting to the VP, Vendor Management, this position is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the mailroom, ensuring timely and accurate handling and processing of all incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and packages. This role will retrieve and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate parties while processing and shipping outgoing mail within established turnaround times and timelines.
The performance and contributions of the Mailroom Associate are essential for maintaining the flow of information and materials within the organization through timely distribution of mail, packages, and time-sensitive correspondence, as well as ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail are documented.
Qualifications include :
- High School diploma / GED required
- 1 years’ experience in a corporate mailroom or similar environment required
- Proficiency with handheld mail scanners and mailroom equipment required
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30lbs
- Document imaging experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative work style; high team orientation

- Strong analytical skills coupled with sound judgement
- Strong problem-solving abilities
