What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician/Pet trainer position at Invisible Fence Brand of Northern Michigan?
We're searching for an energetic, self-motivated individual located in the Traverse City area who wants to be part of a growing business! Individual will receive hands-on training and a company vehicle. Wages and benefits negotiable. No experience necessary, we will train you. Individuals can expect to work 20-30 hours in the Winter with 40 hours with potential for overtime in the summer season (April-November).
Daily Responsibilities:
- Install assigned Invisible Fence® Brand pet solutions each day.
- Training of new pets to the Invisible Fence
- Setup, operate and maintain all assigned installation equipment.
- Maintain proper inventory of products for service vehicles.
- Consistently deliver friendly and professional service at all times.
Skill Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with good record.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.
- Enjoy working with dogs, cats, and people.
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication skills, with special emphasis on effective listening.
- Must maintain prompt and consistent attendance to include arrival times for work on job assignments.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
