Korte Does It All is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team as a Duct Cleaner and install helper.

What YOU will bring:
- 1 years in Residential HVAC Duct cleaning experience
- Warehouse experience (preffered)
- Completed HVAC Technical School
- Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Willingness to Work as Part of a Team

Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
- Dependable
Training:
- F.H. Furr will provide all of the training required for this position
Compensation:
- Paid hourly/weekly Base pay plus the ability to greatly increase income with accessory and add-on sales
Responsibilities:
Duties
- Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers
- Move and lift equipment
- Productively and safely move impediments in the home to prepare for duct cleaning
- Evaluate and discuss any services to be completed with the customer
- Ability to act as a consultant to customers for additional services and equipment as needed
- Follow NADCA standards
- Assist in the set-up and tear-down of equipment
- Clean up work area and account for all tools and equipment
- Make sure paperwork is properly filled out
