HVAC Service Technician - Full Time
Fort Wayne, IN
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Korte Does It All is looking for a self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC team as a Technician.
The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairing, and replacing parts on equipment as needed to meet client needs.Technicians are expected to communicate with both the client and the dispatcher on job details and any additional important information. Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients is also a must.
Pay: $23.00 - $45.00/hour (Base Uncapped Commission)

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Technician:
- 1 Years HVAC service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid drivers’ license
What you will do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
Qualifications:
What YOU will bring:
- 1-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
