What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper (Multi-company QBO) position at Invisible Ventures?
We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team in Sarasota, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with a minimum of two years of experience using QuickBooks Online. The responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports, managing invoices and tracking payables across a group of different companies. - Track and reconcile bank & credit card statements
- Process tax payments
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Generating financial reports
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices
- Participate in quarterly and annual presentations
Requirements
- Great knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Expertise with Quickbooks Online
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
