POSITION: Lead Marketing Strategist
Full Time - Hybrid (In office part time)

MARKETING STRATEGIST JOB DESCRIPTION.
ATLARGE is looking for the next changemaker to join our team. We’re hiring an experienced Marketing Strategist to handle digital marketing, communications, and campaign development. The ideal candidate has aspirations to move from an Individual Contributor to a leader, with the goal and ability to build, train, and manage their own team.
The Marketing Strategist will work alongside clients, and account, design and communication leads to craft and execute marketing strategies to reach client goals. You will work collaboratively with customers to create rich, engaging multi-year communication strategies that drive business results.
To be successful as a Marketing Strategist, you should be a strategic thinker with a passion for both communications and digital marketing. You should possess a variety of skills across various digital platforms, showcase your ability to develop smart and successful campaigns, and be comfortable leading clients. You should be detail-oriented, have reporting and analytical skills to
Tasks include
- Helping clients solve complex problems through effective communications
- Define and implement marketing strategies that align with a client’s business objectives
- Use analytics and metrics, and a number of technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs
- Developing strategies for digital marketing campaigns
- Tracking campaign performance of campaign initiatives
- Managing digital marketing and ad campaigns
- Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
- Develop key relationships with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver to non-technical audiences
- Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
Marketing Strategist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience leading, building and managing SEO/SEM, communications, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns – including tactical knowledge of the individual platforms. Bonus points if you maintain platform certifications!
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms, including account setup, management, monitoring and reporting
- Strong digital marketing skills with a deep understanding of traditional communications and how all parts work together to create effective strategies to reach client goals.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Data Studio.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude, drive and enthusiasm to carry out projects to conclusion
