Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis no matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.
Provides professional customer service by greeting patients, preparing patients for procedures, and assist/direct patients with other support functions within the company in an interventional neuroradiology clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides professional customer service by greeting patients, front desk duties with answering phones, setting up office visit with established patients and new patients.
- Assists patients with questions, concerns or directions
- Monitors flow and accuracy of schedules-office visits
- Schedule patient exam/office visits
- Front desk checking patients in, collecting needed paper work, triage lobby and patients
- Work with various computer interfaces
- Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPPA guidelines and regulations
- Rooms patients and takes basic vital signs
- Assist with other office responsibilities including referrals, prior authorizations, and imaging requests
- Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology required, preferably in radiology
- Healthcare office experience desired
- Proven customer service skills
- Professional communication skills
- Detail oriented ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Must be flexible and reliable
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation is estimated to be between $19.00 and $22.70 per hour depending on qualifications.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This posting will receive applicants on an ongoing basis and will be closed once the position has been filled.
