Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis not matter what their condition. Our radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.
Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for general accounting functions requiring a higher level of accounting experience and familiarity with the company’s transactions and will require some independent decision making.
Primary Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations

Back-up for payroll
-
Shareholder transactions
-
Annual budget schedule prep
-
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations

Sales and use tax review
-
ACH bank uploads
-
AR Accruals
-
Department level financial statement preparation
-
Preparation of monthly variance analysis
-
Monthly journal entries and close process
-
Compensation variance analysis

Payroll related functions including bonus calculations, quarterly distributions, buy-in/buy out calculations, merit increase

Collect data and prepare monthly metrics

Assisting Junior Accountant with questions and may be responsible for reviewing certain output from Staff Accountant 1.

Assist in tracking budget to actual for IT and construction projects

Assist in tracking and monitoring all company lease
Requirements:

2-4 years accounting experience

Proficient 10-key skills
-
Strong computer skills including Excel and the ability to do pivot tables and v-lookups

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail oriented and well organized

Ability to take initiative

Ability to work independently and to collaborate in a group
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
Compensation for this position is between $30.77 to $40.86 per hour.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associates' reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.
