- You'll conduct Pre Move-Out Visits with residents to document home condition and resident responsibilities.
- You'll collaborate with leasing teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- You'll manage vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with OSHA 10 certification required.
- Minimum two years of project management experience, with expertise in managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and quality of work.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, including local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
