What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Invited Incorporated?
Invited Incorporated in Pendleton, IN is looking for one baker to join our team. We are cozy cafe and coffee shop that nakes all of our baked goods from scratch.Our baker shares in all tips which are added to his/her paycheck. We located on 118 N Pendleton Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, dependable, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize dishes, workstation and equipment
- Help BOH with duties during working hours
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
