Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Robotics System Design:
- Lead design, development, and deployment of robotic systems.
- Define specs, build prototypes, and ensure robust performance.
- Automation Strategy & Implementation:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across processes.
- Develop control algorithms, integrate sensors, and optimize workflows with data insights.
- Research & Innovation:
- Drive research projects that merge robotics with advanced automation.
- Leverage emerging technologies to steer future initiatives.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience:

- PhD in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or currently pursuing a PhD with solid research credentials.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in robotics system design, including hardware integration, control systems, and sensor/actuator technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C ) and familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS.
- Experience using simulation, modeling, and automation design tools.
- Interpersonal & Leadership:
