Our thriving In Vitro Diagnostics and Biomarkers team is central to our mission. We're hiring Associate Research Scientists to join our dynamic, team-oriented environment and use state-of-the-art instrumentation to solve complex problems in human health and disease.

- Develop novel biomarker assays
- Analyze trends in human biomarkers to detect and predict disease
- Collaborate with many other company teams to research upstream causes and downstream effects of changes in human health and disease biomarkers

- Have a BS or MS in a biomedical field
- Have molecular/cellular biology and biochemistry experience, preferably experience with human biomarkers, including clinical assay experience
- Possess working knowledge of immunoassays
- Have experience with assay development

Ideally, you'll also have:
- A demonstrated record of research accomplishment in biomarkers or in vitro diagnostics
- Extensive knowledge of molecular/cellular diagnostics and biomarker discovery and development (blood-based, urine-based, saliva-based, etc)
- Experience with Luminex or Meso Scale Discovery is preferred but not required
- Experience with clinical chemistry analyzers a plus

Position title and compensation are commensurate with experience.
The compensation ranges listed below are starting ranges.
Starting base pay range: $60,000/yr - $90,000/yr
Starting bonus range: $3,000/yr - $9,000/yr
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
