We're hiring an exceptionally talented Scientist specializing in audiology, with a focus on tinnitus and cellular models of tinnitus and age-related hearing dysfunction. You'll need to emphasize practical, innovative research approaches to tinnitus and age-related hearing dysfunction in a personalized medicine paradigm. Successful integration of audiology knowledge at the molecular, cellular and systems levels to draw potential insights for tinnitus and hearing dysfunction management will be critical in this role.
At ICR, you'll get to:
- Develop practical and actionable interventions to treat tinnitus and age-related hearing dysfunction
- Evaluate and improve existing tinnitus management strategies
- Collaborate with other ICR scientists to leverage company resources and maximize productivity
Please apply if you have:
- A PhD with 2 years of post-graduate experience focused on molecular, cellular or systems-level tinnitus and age-related hearing dysfunction research
- Experience with iPSC (induced pluripotent stem cell)-derived in vitro models
- Extensive knowledge of tinnitus and hearing dysfunction interventions and a good familiarity with world-wide audiology drug and device development pipelines
- Clinical knowledge of audiology and hearing testing

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
The compensation ranges listed below are starting ranges.
Starting base pay range: $135,000/yr - $185,000/yr
Starting bonus range: $7,500/yr - $18,000/yr
