The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Marketing, is a pivotal role on the marketing team. This person will manage all ongoing marketing activities related to access, including payer marketing material development, pull / push through material development, conference management, and field training. This role will also support access insight generation and strategy development and report to the Head of Marketing.
The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics to drive and advance patient and community engagement.
The Senior Manager / Associate Director will shape our online presence and drive marketing strategies. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing our online strategies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Market Access :
- Execute all facets of payer marketing initiatives (i.e. Payer ad boards, payer-facing resource development)
- Lead the development of messages and resources to support field sales execution with HCPs, in close collaboration with market access team
- Conduct secondary payer research initiatives and generate insights to inform market access strategies
- Support internal sales force and field reimbursement manager training on managed care related topics
