Job Description

Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio, is looking for a passionate Community and Creator Engagement Manager to oversee and support our expanding network of YouTube creators within our Discord community. You’ll ensure all creator content meets brand safety standards, foster a positive community atmosphere, and coordinate content distribution. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with creator-driven communities and thrives on building meaningful relationships in the digital space

What You'll Do :

Monitor YouTube Creators & Content : regularly review videos from affiliated creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and appropriateness for our community.
Community Engagement :
Actively moderate and nurture the Discord server, encouraging an inclusive environment for creators to connect and collaborate.
Engage daily with community members, responding to feedback and sparking conversations to keep the community vibrant and informed.
Creator Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with YouTube creators, keeping them informed about updates, opportunities, and brand-related activities.
Marketing Activations : Manage the distribution of marketing activation information, ensuring timely and proper execution.
Reporting : Track creator activity, flag potential issues related to brand safety, and provide regular performance updates on engagement and campaigns.

What You Need :

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in gaming or similar digital spaces

Proven ability to manage online communities (e.g. Discord) and experience working with content creators

Brand Safety Awareness : Familiarity with content monitoring best practices and brand safety standards.

Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly engage with creators, moderate community discussions, and communicate feedback to stakeholders.

Creative Writing and Storytelling : A knack for writing engaging content that resonates with a digital audience.

Graphic Design Basics : Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop is a huge plus.

Digital Tool Proficiency : Comfortable using platforms or software to track content, report metrics, and mage campaigns.

Passion for Digital Content : Enthusiastic about the digital content space, with an understanding of unique creator-driven communities.
