ABLE℠ Data Collection & Behavioral Assessments
- Conduct real-time classroom observations to collect behavioral and environmental data using the ABLE℠ tool.
- Identify trends in student behavior, emotional regulation, and mental health needs to inform targeted interventions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through interrater reliability, contributing to research-driven best practices.
- Collaborate with Clemson University’s Center for Behavior Analysis for data validation and research analysis.
- Deliver in-person, instructor-led training on positive behavior supports, ABA principles, and trauma-informed practices to school teams.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and real-time feedback to educators implementing behavioral interventions.
- Utilize role-play, modeling, and real-life scenarios to teach effective classroom management strategies.
- Work directly with students displaying significant behaviors, including physical aggression, elopement, self-injury, and emotional dysregulation.
- Provide consultation and support to caregivers and school staff in implementing behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- You’re a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D with a passion for transforming school environments.
- You thrive in dynamic school settings, working with students who display a range of behavioral needs, including trauma-related challenges.
- You’re a natural coach and leader, excited to train and empower teachers, staff, and administrators with real-world behavior strategies.
