The Enterprise Account Director will be a key player in our Government and Utility Sales Team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint within this sector. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, selling through partner channels, running complex sales cycles, traveling to tradeshows as well as customer on-sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and utility sectors to achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to understand their needs and position InvoiceCloud as a strategic partner.
- Solution Selling : Utilize a consultative sales approach to present InvoiceCloud’s solutions, demonstrating how they address specific client needs and deliver value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, alliances, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy to senior management.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
