The Account Manager is to provide support to the Branch Manager and Service Supervisor as needed. If additional support may be needed, the Account Manager shall request assistance from their respective Regional Manager.

Responsibilities
- Review repair referral sheets for accuracy, obtain quotes, generate pricing calculators, and ensure proper margin before submitting for approval
- Communicate quotes to customers, enter them into Servman, and follow up until approval or rejection
- Upload approved quotes, notify relevant teams, and ensure proper invoicing and part orders
- Obtain local permits from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and forward them to the appropriate team
- Process and forward modernization referrals from mechanics to the Modernization Department for assessment
- Provide regular updates to ensure bookings maintain a three-month revenue target
- Handle renewals, monitor upcoming expirations, address cancellation requests within 24 hours, and review contracts for performance issues
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and cancellations while fostering long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Prepare for and participate in bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly meetings, ensuring key updates are communicated effectively
