- Process weekly invoices and payables through QuickBooks Online Sync
- Oversee Accounts Payable - Obtain necessary approvals, Code and Entry into QuickBooks, Manage company credit card reconciliation
- Assist in Cash Disbursement / Cash Management processes:
- Facilitate timely payments to vendors via ACH / Wires as needed o Perform bank reconciliations
- Process and reconcile payroll
- Assist with month-end close process and subsequent balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
- Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
- Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have Quickbooks Online experience
- Knowledge of construction and related industries a plus

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
