The Software Support Specialist provides technical support to the Technology Department Manager and assists users throughout the organization. This role involves implementing, administering, and customizing various software applications. Additionally, the specialist will conduct data analytics and reporting activities.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) software, an understanding of relational database systems, and the ability to quickly learn new and complex technologies. This position also requires assisting users with software environment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance software systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Software Implementation
- Assist in the implementation, customization, and administration of software systems
- Perform tasks related to software development and configuration
- Identify and resolve software issues in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Understand basic programming logic and functions
- Train and support end users on software usage and data collection
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize relational database systems for data analysis
- Extract key metrics from raw data and generate insightful reports
- Create visual representations of data for clear communication of key metrics
Hardware and Software Support
- Assist in setting up and maintaining software environments for new users
- Monitor and resolve IT support requests from users
- Adhere to company policies, including confidentiality and data security standards
- Maintain awareness of client data privacy and security best practices

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
