What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence in daily activities.
- Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on techniques for continued improvement.
- Provide compassionate, individualized care to enhance quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California.
- Previous experience in home health is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
