What are the responsibilities and job description for the UI / UX Designer (hybrid / remote) position at Invonto?
We are seeking a highly creative and talented UI / UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for custom web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project manager, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements. This role is open for NJ-based candidates that can work on hybrid-basis or remote candidates based in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your designs.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions to client stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- 3 years of strong mobile and web UI / UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Understanding of front-end development languages such as Angular and Bootstrap.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision.
- Experience creating and maintaining websites with WordPress.
- Must be a creative designer that can transform software requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a small team environment with minimal supervision
Additional Details
This is a direct-hire full-time position. Position offers competitive salary and benefits. Salary range is from $60,000-75,000 and based on experience level.
