We are seeking a Sales Representative that has also an HR experience to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and promote TCG's payroll services to businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and tailor solutions
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with Sales Department on implementing/creating strategies or techniques
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on financial services or payroll
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with payroll processes and industry trends (preferred)
- Ability to network (huge advantage if you have existing business network contacts)
- Payroll sales experience
- HR sales experience
