Handyman

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including clean outs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. (Not required to know every skill. Training available. Please share where your working knowledge is in each of these areas.)
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with owner on work will do for the day, work finished, and any current impediments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Not required in all of these skills but share where you have a working knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
