Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various products in a warehouse setting. This is a hands-on role that requires the assembly of skin and body care products along with the occasional use of automated line machines. We do full training and the work is very simple. Responsibilities:

• This position operates during the hours from 9:00am- 5:00pm ET
• To perform assembly and packaging operations in the health and wellness manufacturing production area to produce high qualified health and wellness products in an efficient and timely manner by performing the duties outlined below
• Perform duties in support of other functions within the company as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• To perform this position, you must be a US Citizen & demonstrate proof of US Citizenship
• Ability to perform repetitive activities while maintaining good attention to detail
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus

Additional Job Description:

To perform assembly and packaging operations in the health and wellness manufacturing production area to produce high quality health and wellness products in an efficient and timely manner by performing the duties. Perform duties in support of other functions within the company as required.

Essential duties and responsibilities, other duties are as assigned:

• Working from detailed instructions, assemble, mark, kit, and package the specified components utilizing appropriate methods, tools, and fixtures.
• Regularly monitor process for defects, isolate non-conforming material and promptly notify supervisor of "out of specification" conditions.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require or shift from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.
• Assists with on-the-job training of new associates or contract laborers.
• Maintain lot and batch integrity throughout the assembly process. Record lot number and/or manufacturer information on production orders.
• Generate appropriate labels for product identification.
• Assist with maintaining the tools and equipment used in the manufacturing production area.
• Work in a manner that promotes efficient handling and minimizes waste.
• Perform periodic audits (cycle counting) to monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to the principles of "5 S" to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and process improvement activities. Complying with all Renu Laboratories LLC policies as defined in the Investview Inc Employee Handbook.
• Pursuing continuous improvement through training and process improvement.

Complies with all applicable elements of Renu Quality Management System.

• Possess good hand-to-eye coordination

WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to working with automated assembly lines composed of moving mechanical parts and occasionally different fragrances associated with the products being produced on the floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
