Who we are looking for: We are looking for a positive, professional who is honest, detail oriented, organized, and who takes initiative and pride in their position with the company.
What you would be doing: Primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of duties to support the maintenance department to keep the equipment and the facilities in compliance with regulations, certification specifications, and with minimal down time to meet production goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain all aspects of the Preventative Maintenance program including but not limited to keeping track of and reporting on the list of Phoenix Formulations equipment, preventative maintenance completion, work orders and documenting calibrations.
- Record parts or materials used and work with Maintenance Management to order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary.
- Develop and maintain organization to the maintenance shop so that parts and supplies can be located and inventoried quickly and efficiently.
- Assist the Department Management with training of all department personnel on SOP's.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.
- Perform duties safely and reports unsafe conditions or actions.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education and/or Experience - 2 years of experience in a related field
- Language Skills - Must be able to read and comprehend detailed instructions, effectively communicate highly technical concepts and terms in writing and in conversation in English
- Computer Skills - Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft® Windows®, Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have knowledge of equipment maintenance, repairs, operation monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory and buying is preferred.
- Should have working knowledge of mathematics and their applications.
- Should have problem sensitivity, critical thinking and information ordering skills.
