MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue supplies to the employees and record the transactions into the computer.
- Perform physical counts periodically to maintain an accurate inventory.
- Receive and inspect delivered supplies to ensure accuracy and quantities are complete and in accordance with the specification.
- Responsible to ship out the damaged part or tools to the supplier for repair or exchange.
- Responsible to inform the maintenance lead and maintenance manager of any unusual or abnormal usage of any supplies or spare parts.
- Responsible to make part runs.
- Data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Accountable for the quality of product made.
- Accurate and timely recording of process parameters on specified documents.
- Accurate and timely recording of materials received, product produced, scrap, and excess.
- Proper use and care of equipment and materials issued to work area.
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of tool crib
- Responsible to follow policy and procedure pertaining to cGMP, 5S and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
- High School or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents and other internal and external communications.
- 2 years of experience working in an inventory control or related position preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with a CMMS system preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
- Ability to lift, twist, crawl, stand, reach, grab, bend, climb, and perform similar activities as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer functions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Self starter
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stressful situations.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Subject to normal warehouse and production environment.
- Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection is required and all personnel protective equipment is required.
- Subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
