IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking to hire a .NET Developer who is passionate about creating performant, usable, and accessible digital experiences. The .NET Developer will join a small team of developers focused on continuing to build out custom applications and capabilities and will work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand needs and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Tasks

• Collaborating with stakeholders to derive and write functional requirements and specifications.
• Developing application logic in both a .NET service tier as well as an Angular frontend.
• Creating data access logic in Entity Framework and MS SQL.

NOTE: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED. Position will be hybrid work schedule, onsite 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday). NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days (Mon-Tues)/week on-site)

Contract: 1 year

Skills Required:

• 3 years - Experience creating C# MVC web services
• 3 years - Experience building applications utilizing Angular
• Experience with .NET core
• Experience with branching and merging strategies
