IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking for a .NET Developer having experience and knowledge with systems analysis, multi-layered object-oriented design techniques, Microsoft Web applications architecture and development software to be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting web applications in .NET and Angular.
This position will support new distributed web-based employment applications along with modifications to existing applications. In addition, this position will provide support for current employment program applications. Project duties will be to work as a .NET web developer as part of a team to develop and maintain employment program applications in a Microsoft environment using web tools and techniques. Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation and training materials.

NOTE: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position is mostly remote with some on-site presence required. However, position status is subject to change. ON SITE INTERVIEW REQUIRED.

Skills Required:
- 8 years - Microsoft .Net Application development utilizing DB2, SQL Server or similar relational database.
- 3 years - Experience using Angular Framework.
- 2 years - Experience with Team Foundation Server/GitHub
- 5 years - Experience with Ajax, JavaScript, Web Services and HTML
- 8 years - Evaluate and recommend programming languages, design tools, application frameworks, and applications
- 8 years - Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Architecture
- 8 years - In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each Phase of Development
- 8 years - Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- 3 years - Experience using SQL, SPUFI, IBM Data Studio, FileManager, QMF Tools or Equivalent
