Job Description:


Seeking dedicated and talented Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Executive who thirst for being associated with an innovative and futuristic Company and subsidiaries. You will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support the well-being and growth of our conglomerate. This role involves employing recruitment strategies and collaborating with management to fill positions in the context of the extraordinary demands the Company expects from its’ Team Members.


The ideal candidates for this position will enjoy recruiting individuals of the highest quality and will have robust resiliency and perseverance. This will be a non-traditional position in multiple ways, including the expectation that you will be involved in responsibilities outside of the recruitment and human resources framework.


Core Responsibilities:


Supports Culture Initiatives: Create and sustain a systematic approach to sharing and adopting our culture as represented by our Core Values, throughout the organization.


Implement Recruitment Strategies: Execute successful recruitment strategies to attract top tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues.


Talent Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from position launch to onboarding. Source, interview, and present candidates who are in line with quality and type of candidates that are desirable to the Company as determined by management.


Collaboration and Communication: Partner with management to understand Company needs and overall goals. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress.


Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement. Compile and interpret large and/or complex data sets and prepare insightful, user-friendly reports.


Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Non-Recruitment and HR: 25% to 50% of your responsibilities will be outside this framework



Minimum Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, additional years’ experience accepted in lieu of

2. 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (TA)

3. Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment (references required)

4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

7. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with all levels of Company

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Requirements:


1. Either in a Recruiting & TA Management role or desire to aspire towards this level

2. Exceptional Recruiting Skillset and Devotion

2. Thirst for being challenged in ways not previously experienced on a frequent basis

3. Ability to embrace direct feedback and use as a vessel for improved performance

4. Ability to compile and interpret large and/or complex data sets and prepare insightful, user-friendly reports.

5. Proven ability to execute feeling high functioning roles and positions


Job Type: Full-time and Onsite


  • Compensation for this position will be heavily incentive based. The compensation range listed is to be interpreted as [base incentives]. There will be a 90 day probationary period at which time benefits will be enacted.

Salary : $60,000 - $110,000
