Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties and structures to identify repair needs.
- Perform various property maintenance and repair tasks, including:
- Siding Repair: Fix or replace loose siding, fascia, and soffit.
- Gutter System: Clean gutters and install or repair shutters.
- Masonry Work: Replace mailboxes and perform masonry repairs.
- Drywall and Painting: Repair drywall, paint, and replace rotted wood.
- Property Inspections: Conduct general property inspections to identify and address repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure quality results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Use company tools and resources effectively and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance roles.
- Strong skills in siding repair, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general property repairs.
- Prior roofing experience is not required but is considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
