As a Facilities Assistant, you are responsible for:
Distributing outgoing and interoffice mail in a timely and accurate manner. Effectively perform daily “Everything Speaks” inspection of branches as assigned. Accurately handle data input of archives management program items. Support the facilities department as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility.
- Accurate and timely distribution of outgoing and interoffice mail
- Effectively perform daily “Everything Speaks” inspection of branches as assigned.
- Accurately handle daily data item input of archives management program.
- May track, locate and/or file archive management storage boxes.
- Assist the facilities department as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Three to six months office with computer experience or some comparable combination of education and experience.
