We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our residential roofing team. As an entry-level roofer, youll assist with roof installations and repairs while learning the trade in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing and repairing residential roofing systems.
- Carry and organize materials and tools on the job site.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and foremen.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting materials and climbing ladders.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to lift materials and work at heights.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years in roofing or other related fields preferred.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work at great heights.
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time.
