As the Branch Ops/Training Generalist, you are responsible for:
Assist in all phases of the design, development and delivery of retail training programs and materials. Organize and disseminate instructional materials and related program information to employees. Effectively implement accurate, and efficient operational procedures designed to assist in the delivery of outstanding customer service within the Retail Banking system.
Responsibilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and group facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility.
- Provide support to branch staff in various banking operational aspects.
- Support Manager with conducting routine branch operational audits.
- Conduct routine visits to branches to receive feedback and offer additional training.
- create accurate, and efficient branch operational procedures.
- Responsible for the effective design and facilitation of training programs to meet the training needs of the retail group as it relates to transaction processing, new account opening.
- Research, plan and develop training content for SharePoint Virtual training pages as well as custom BVS courses.
Education and Qualifications:
- Three years of banking experience and/or associate degree preferred.
- Experience in presentation design and facilitation, bank or some comparable combination of education and experience.
