As the NJ Corporate Coordinator, you are responsible for:
Providing Administrative support for the NJ Regional President as well as others on the Executive Management Team and Senior Management Team. Administrative functions including, but not limited to document management, automation, reporting and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Employee is required to be on site at least 3 days per week.
- Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in areas of responsibility.
- Generate reports as required within scope of job.
- Provide administrative support to NJ Regional President as well as Executive Management Team
- Coordinate with marketing department as needed for event planning.
- Provide document management services including front end scanning as needed.
- Answer the phone.
- Ability to interface well with all departments of the Bank.
- Represent the Bank in a highly professional manner.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Set up meetings, conferences, conference calls, community events as required.
- Order all office supplies, keeping adequate supplies on hand.
- Prepare general correspondence.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to operate personal computer, fax machine, copier, telephone, scanner, calculator, various printers, currently used hardware and software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
