What You'll Do
As a Solar Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing solar projects to life by supporting customers, sales reps, and the operations team through each step of the journey. You'll help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and exceed customer expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle—you're their go-to guide!
- Keep projects on track by updating statuses and processing documents.
- Submit and manage interconnection applications with utility providers.
- Set up online power monitoring tools (SolarEdge, Enphase, etc.).
- Research and manage utility and incentive requirements for various service areas.
- Help process material orders and track project milestones.
- Keep detailed notes in our CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Support the Project Manager and wider operations team wherever needed.
Office & Admin Support:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right team members.
- Assist other departments with general administrative needs.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Friendly, clear communicator (written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software tools.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style work culture.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A sense of urgency and ownership in everything you do.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to read basic architectural plans.
- Experience in the solar industry or knowledge of solar PV systems.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
