Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SOPs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Manage and maintain the Operations Training Google Site & ensure the site's content is up-to-date and relevant
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees.
- Assess the effectiveness of SOPs and training materials through evaluations, tests, and feedback.
- Work closely with Department managers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to create effective training SOPs and materials.
- Experience with the Google Site platform for managing and maintaining training content.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and track training initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience required
- Solar experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
