ION Solar is seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of solar installations and services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule solar installation appointments, service visits, and inspections.

Communicate with customers, field crews, and internal departments to confirm scheduling details and updates.

Monitor and adjust scheduling workflows to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of all scheduled activities and follow up on any missed or delayed appointments.

Provide timely updates to customers and team members in both English and Spanish.

Address scheduling conflicts or issues quickly and professionally.

Collaborate with field managers to ensure crews are assigned appropriately and are equipped for jobs.

Use scheduling software and internal tools to manage and track appointments.

Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to scheduling and project coordination.

Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and helping implement better scheduling practices.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.

Comfortable working with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Experience in the solar or construction industry is a plus.
