iON Technology Solutions (iTS) provides cutting-edge, proprietary engineered designs to Semiconductor Fabrication Plants worldwide. Their focus on Ion Implantation has led to the development of advanced state-of-the-art Ion Optical Beamline Solutions, including Ion Implant Sources, Extraction Electrodes, Faraday's, PEF's, EMER's, etc.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in designing and developing products that maximize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM). The candidate will work closely with senior managers to create new products, support the expansion of iTS's product lines, and collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior management in product development and expansion
- Familiarize yourself with iTS's product lines and improve existing designs
- Create BOMs for new design assemblies
- Design experiments to test prototypes
- Develop technical designs, drawings, and models for new components and assemblies
- Perform thermal testing analysis and prototype testing
- Communicate customer requirements to the Engineering and Sales team
- Contribute to iTS's Research and Development team
- Prioritize and manage customer engineering requests
- Lead new R&D projects with the Engineering team
